1/25/2021
Please Note the Change on the Soccer Calendar. No Soccer Training Today (1/25) and Wednesday (1/27): We will not have soccer training today because of weather conditions. We also have decided not to start out soccer training sessions until next week at the earliest. Why? The IHSA is coming out with the final sports schedule for all sports on Wednesday afternoon or evening. It is sounding like there is a good chance Basketball and possibly wrestling will take place now (Late January, February, and early March), then traditional fall sports, followed by spring sports. We will simply wait until after the meeting to decide what we will do with our training sessions. Notice on the Calendar: There is still indoor "Speed Camp" on Tuesday and Thursday of this week from 4:15 - 5:15 Ther is also still weight training on Friday from 11:30 -12:30. Thank you for your understanding and patience. As always, we are here to answer any questions you may have.

Friday Strength Training:  11:30 - 12:30 PM: Strength training will continue in all Athletic PE classes Monday through Thursday during school.  1st Hour classes will continue to meet on Friday mornings with AM athletes at 7:30am and PM athletes at 8:30am.  We will have Friday strength training for all players who are not in earlybird/1st hour on Fridays from 11:30-12:45 PM .

Monday and Wednesday Training:  4:15 - 5:30 PM.  Starting Monday (1/25/21) we will have soccer training on Monday and Wednesday from 4:15-5:30.  Players need to be ready to practice by 4:15.  Players must wear shin guards and cleats to be prepared for training. We will be practicing outside so players should dress for the weather while being able to compete.  Players will meet at the Practice soccer fields to the east of the school. Tuesday and Thursday Training 4:15 - 5:15 PM Coach Cox , along with other track coaches will be conducting a "Speed Camp" on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:15-5:15.   Whether you are a track athlete or not, this is an opportunity to get faster and in better shape. This training is HIGHLY encouraged to attend.  It will better prepare our players for the upcoming season. Players in "Speed Camp" should be prepared for indoor athletic training and should meet in the Multi-purpose room at 4:15 on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
