Casey Erickson

Coach Erickson is entering his first season as Head Coach for the Titans after replacing the recently retired HOF Coach Pat Moomey. Previously Erickson has been acting as the Freshman Head Coach for the last 5 seasons. Erickson, a former High School All-American for the Titans, was drafted out of GHS in the 25th round by the Chicago Cubs. Erickson chose to instead attend SCI junior college where he was later picked in the 10th round of the Amateur Baseball Draft by the NY Yankees, where he played out his 5 year minor league career. During his professional baseball career he accumulated a record of 26-11 and carried a 2.91 era in 300 innings. Following being released by the Pittsburg Pirates in 2010 he then went back to his alma-mater and began his coaching career as an assistant coach for The Bulldogs. After spending 5 years as an Assistant he was then hired on as the Freshman Coach for the Glenwood Baseball Program and in 2020 as the Head Coach for the Titans.

Coach Erickson just celebrated his 10 year anniversary with wife Ashley. Together they have 2 young boys -Cooper (6) and Tripp (4).
